For those of you who have found your way to Ark2is4survival welcome; I say this in jest as those who have not found their way here of course would not know!

As many have come to know or at least seem to have some knowledge of the coming events of Dec. 21, 2012 or maybe you have heard over the decades much discussion has focused on finding the exact correlation between the Mayan Long Count and the Gregorian calendar. Most researchers in the field have now come to agree that the so-called GMT correlation, placing the beginning of the Long Count 4 Ahau 8 Cumku on the Julian day 584 283, August 11, 3114 BC, is correct. This means by consequence that it will end on December 21, 2012 and most students of the calendar of the Maya, have endorsed this date as the end of the current cycle.

Another equally compelling reason why December 21, 2012 may not be the true date of completion of creation is that this day is 4 Ahau in the tzolkin count. Since the Long Count consists of exactly 7200 tzolkin rounds then the true end of creation must fall on a day that is 13 Ahau in the tzolkin count so that the tzolkin rounds even out. If we want to find out what is the real date of ending of the creation cycles we must therefore look for a day around the year 2012, which is 13 Ahau in the tzolkin count. The inscriptions in Palenque, written about a thousand years after the Long Count was devised in Izapa, seem to indicate that the date of relevance is October 28, 2011, which in fact is 13 Ahau in the tzolkin count. I could go on for days with all of this but that is not why you’re here.

The issue of the exact correlation between the creation cycles and physical time may not have been as critical in the age of the Maya as it is to us today. A discrepancy of a year or so may have meant less at an earlier time than it does to us who live today. If we make a mistake of 420 days in calibrating the end date of the creation cycles we will be totally out of choices and any hope of survival I would think. These two dates by the account of many hold some very interesting events which are about to happen.

From Global Warming to a magnetic shift of the poles to a very real shift of the physical Pole Shift something this way comes. I have a issue with many of the stories and/or talking points from this or that expert on the subject. With the exception of Mr. Al Gore; how is it he is an expert on anything other than maybe folded chads on an alleged voter’s ballot. For those of you who may not know, remember, or otherwise are uninformed back in the early 70’s the so called experts were waxing eloquently about the coming Ice Age.

If you’re a move buff than I would suggest the two block busters you should take some interest in would be Day After Tomorrow as well as 2012. Now allow me to put a fine point on the statement I just made. Please forget all about the plot or the climate changing psychobabble just stick with the events as they are played out, now in your minds eye splice the events from both into one event with the ice age scenario as the later event.

Your next question should be how would I know any more than any one else who waxes so? All I can say I know because I was there in the early 70’s at JPL in fact it was when we were back mapping the stars as it were to get back to the “Big Bang” (another myth which those two guys from Myth Busters should debunk).  While we were back mapping we also found the stars changed their positions in the sky as the record was starting to show. The only way this could happen was if the earth was in a totally different alignment with the galaxy. This difference was about 35º on the axis which meant the axis of the planet had changed at least once, which at the time seemed like a very bad idea.

Therefore, Pole Shift; real!  Now wait let’s not jump off the cliff just yet because we’re not done with the self proclaimed experts as they say it’s not a physical pole shift it is a Magnetic Pole Shift! Oh okay! That’s better right? Now I understand I am not an expert on this either but, in order to change the Magnetic field the planet would have to rotate in a new or different direction. What? Rotate in a different direction; as in stop rotating east to west but rotate west to east and that’s not going to be a problem, WHY? We are spinning at about 1,000 MPH now so what happens when we start spinning in another direction? I’ll give you a clue, think of a car traveling at 60 MPH only to come to a very abrupt stop what happens to the people and stuff inside the car?

At this point I should also explain I hold three PhD’s first of which is in the field of Quantum Mathematics. I earned this PhD when I was 17 years old. I was only a young mathematician of the age of 19-20 (or so) when I was at JPL. Therefore, I am sure not many in the room thought much of any opinion I may have had so I just did my work and watched and listened to the experts waxing yet again. It was at this point something very interesting happened, these learned people of science started to calculate when or if such an event like a pole shift could happen and indeed agreed with the paper written by Albert that yes such a thing was possible, it could very well happen. However, should events such as these accrue it was to have taken at least 300 years before the earth could be in an alignment for this event! Once again we have heard from the experts and they have come up with the wrong answer.

So here is the best guess anyone can make in my opinion. It’s a Pole Shift, yes a physical pole shift. This would explain the changes in the weather which are not as much as changes in the weather as it’s more the surface is moving under different weather patterns as are the ice packs around the world moving farther and farther into more sun light. What we are seeing is the effect of say a person on a motorcycle, they can hit a turn pretty hard leaning the bike into the turn and not fall over because of the speed as well as the rotation of the wheels creating an artificial gravity thus holding the bike as well as the rider up, but, if the rider leans a bit to much the weight becomes greater than the rotation and down the whole thing goes. So too is the effects on our earth once we hit the break point of balance the whole planet will rotate at least 35º to 45º from its axis. This final rotation adjustment will take about 14 hours to shift keeping in mind this will not be a smooth gentile roll it will be more like a pendulum rocking back and fourth until a new balance is established.

I know any of you who have been following the Horizon Project or You Tube as well as any number of other information sources has been given much the same end conclusion. However, the one part no one is addressing is what anyone can do about this. The overall answer is nothing! There is no way we, mankind, can fix this or keep it from changing the planet and our way of life. Even in many ways after the event itself there will still be a very hard as well as difficult chance of people surviving because of the total collapse of the infrastructure and/or any from of government i.e. law and order. In this world the passage will go to the strongest or a more correct way of saying it those who are willing to do what ever it takes to survive. Including but not limited to killing others to take what they may have some may even resort to cannibalism. As for being on the land a person would need to be at least 150 to 200 miles from any large body of water as well as being at least 750 to 800 feet above sea level, and it would be a very good idea to be as far away as possible from any fault lines. As I’m sure you can see being on land is a real issue to say the least. Each man of you who stay on the land had better have the skills of Rambo.  As for the number of human beings still alive after all of this one model suggests an 85% loss of life which would mean only about 1 Billion humans will make the trip from start to finish.

Therefore, if you do survive on the land being lucky enough not to have been on a portion which falls into the water or breaks up in very violent earthquakes then you have the problem of surviving the raw nature of not only the planet and what’s left but the raw nature of man as well.

How are you doing so far, still on the page?  Well you have not come this far to be left out in the cold as it were. For about twelve years I have been thinking over this matter at first not as much as now I’m sure you understand why that is!

There is an answer I believe, which could be arrived at by anyone who dwells on the problem for any span of time, but is also given in scripture in the book of Luke 17:26: “Just as it was in the days of Noah, so it will be in the days of the Son of Man.”

The only way to survive this with any real hope of success is to be on the water just like in the days of Noah! It makes total sense in a strong built wooden ship like a catamaran the boat would just ride atop the waters keeping away from the destruction and ciaos which will ravage the lands of the earth. Also on a ship/boat the people would be in a totally secure fully self contained vessel with all the life supports and supplies needed to sustain life for 6 to 12 months (please don’t think I saw the move and said to myself; Ya! that’s it build a boat) like I said I have been thing about this off and on (more on these last 3-4 years) for the past twelve years or so.

Here is the problem I have been dealing with for these two years. I had planed to build a 60ft wooden catamaran for my family and I but, I just could not get past the feeling I should build a larger ship and try and save others if there is anyone interested in doing this. I also thought it would be a good idea if these other persons would have something to give back if and when mankind came full cycle to restart our human civilization again.

Therefore, I could build a ship which could hold 15 family units (I define a family unit as 4 persons with children above 12 years of age, or two adults and three children under the age of 12yrs about 70 people plus crew). Each person of an adult age should have some skill set which would be very much needed in a new human civilization, as follows, doctor, nurse, electrical engineer, scientists of many different fields etc. the list goes on. The other hard fact is I do not have the total resources to build the second ship therefore, each person wanting to be apart of this experiment in the survival of mankind would need to contribute to the construction of not just the ship but also be response able for collecting all the usable knowledge of their profession stored on Lap Tops to from a e-library. This library would be held within the lower decks of the ship in an electromagnetic secure room to protect the information stored therein.

As it stands now the contribution for the ship per-person would run something like this each adult (a person over the age of 18yrs) would have a reservation of $5,000 USD, each minor teen (12yrs to 17yrs) would have a charge of $2,500 USD, each child under the age of 12yrs would have a charge of $1,500 USD any child under the age of 3 yrs would be free of any charges.

As for other expenses each person or group of persons i.e. family is also responsible for their own supplies as in food stuffs and other related items. It should also go without saying these food stuffs should be packaged in as small a space as possible and have as long as possible a shelf life. It would also be a good idea if everyone would add 5-10% more food stuffs than they believe necessary just to cover any short fall. Also clothing should run the full gambit from very cold climate gear to very wet gear any Scuba knowledge or training would be also useful.

This time line is till July 31, 2010 as I will need to start the building of the ship as to be ready to set sale by September 2011 for sea trails.  Should there be any interested parties wanting to make this journey they should have a reservation made with a 10% deposit of their passage. Interested persons must also provide a brief bio of what skill set they would be adding to the overall group. Also they will need to begin collecting their gear for the journey.

Note: A family unit as I have called them is not limited to families there is every possibility that four adults could share a cabin I just thought easiest to refer to the units as families.
